Our state of the art semi automated CNC machines, takes the manual labour out of the equation and eliminates any room for error.
At the start of the journey our highly advanced cube storage system automatically feeds each CNC with the selected board. Prior to reaching the CNC machines, it stops at the labelling station where each piece of joinery item is individually labelled with its own part, number and barcode for easy identification and tracking purposes.
Once labelling is complete, the CNC will automatically collect the labelled board for a complete precision cutting process. Once the board is cut and itemised, this is then taken to our edging station where with the highest quality edge banding technology, provides a sealed and seamless edge tape to ensure the highest quality finish to each piece of joinery.
