I'm responsible for overseeing all operations for both the Design and production departments. This includes procurement of stock materials, scheduling, resource allocation, process optimisation and team leadership/management.

Forecasting and organising labour and material to complete projects on time, liasing with all departments to ensure deadlines are met. Problem solving when issues arise with a positive outcome for all parties.
